Believe it or not, all human beings have a spiritual lord. A powerful being that is capable of any feat, nothing is too difficult for this being. Folk tales have been littered with stories of higher powerful beings who helped their charges, eg fairy godmothers, genies. etc Although we could consider these tall tales, remember that there is no smoke without fire. He investigates the story behind the tales and believes that there is some truth to this myth of genies and fairy godmothers. Take, for example, the concept of prayer. All religions and followers pray to the One God or to other gods, what is this prayer process? And what exactly do we hope to achieve with this concept of prayer? According to basic religion, prayer is raising the heart, mind, and spirit to God or whatever deity we feel has the power to help us out of our situations. It has always been this way since ages past, everything we feel will better help us to communicate with the unknown. Objects made of wood, stone, glass, etc., altars, signs and anything we feel will help us fix our minds on our object of worship.
Let me tell you a great secret, the power is in us! Yes, all the power we need is at our beck and call. Just ask for help and we’ll get it. Why do we go to the ends of the world looking for help on every mountain when all we have to do is open our mouths and ask and we shall receive? Yes, this is a powerful secret that great men have known for a long time, the secret of asking and the willpower to make our wishes come true. I call it the Eureka Syndrome. Look at it from this angle to make it simple, we have powerful spiritual beings assigned to us who are charged with protecting us and watching over us. Several books of wisdom including the bible have made reference to the great secret, do you remember that the Lord Jesus charged us not to offend little children because their guardian angels look at the face of God in heaven, the same applies to all of us . We can choose to go through life and acknowledge their presence or we can remain ignorant of them and suffer the consequences. Take a moment and think about where sudden ideas come from, what is the source of dreams and inspiration, and why they are so few for some, rampant for others, and non-existent for most.
The sad thing is that most are content to live their lives and ignore their spiritual consorts, and what a mundane life that will be. While others daily seek their link to the divine and all seems to be going well for them, then the rest of us turn and moan and mutter, please wake up. This power is there if we would only reach out and touch it. The human being is the greatest creation of God, the envy and adoration of the heavenly hosts. To top it off, we are endowed with the gift of free will, a very rare spiritual gift. Free will means that we are free from external control and have the power to choose our own destiny. NO power can dictate our spirit except by our own will. So this is the situation, what should we do then to harness this power? The power is in us. We just need to get results with the force of our will and see our spiritual overlord leap to achieve our desires.
