Everyone in the world today is concerned with beauty and how others see them, but weight loss is one of the most talked about topics. The number of overweight and obese people now is staggering and frightening.

1. Eat a healthy breakfast. Due to the busy lives of so many people, most never eat breakfast, just a cup of coffee or a donut. Prepare a good breakfast with fruits, vegetables and proteins.

2. Walking is the best exercise. Walking is really the best exercise you can do because every part of your body is moving. Walking is also easy and something you can do while doing a task. Make the decision to walk at least 1 hour a day.

3. Eat smaller portions. Eating 6 meals a day is very smart if you want more energy and want to lose weight. Eating in smaller portions increases your metabolism and burns more fat.

4. Support, support and support. You should ask your family, friends and anyone else to help you achieve your weight loss goal. Join an online support group or forum. Just know that it will fail or fall over one day and you need a support beam to prop yourself up.
