I know how you feel. I have big…really big dreams, but in the past I believed, I didn’t worry, I was afraid of how others would react to my dreams. What if I really achieved them? Would they still like it? It doesn’t have to be that way for you anymore.

But there is something you can start using today…

What is the secret?

It is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

EFT does not make you arrogant, it resolves and dissolves your emotional reactions that you have towards other people, places and things.

To be a truly independent and self-confident person, you need to start becoming more independent. What do you think? What do you want? What is your opinion?

When you start caring less about what people think, you start living more. That doesn’t mean you don’t care about people.

EFT resolves and dissolves your emotional reaction to what you think other people are thinking.

Have you gone every time, does it make me feel guilty? Who’s doing the feeling? You are. So far, you can’t buy your emotions in the supermarket, they are inside of you. It’s your reaction to what they said, did or didn’t do that makes you feel guilty.

Do you know that most people are wrong about you and what you can achieve anyway? The Beatles were rejected for the first time. Michael Jordan did not make the basketball team. Richard Branson has had more business failures than successes. If they cared what other people thought, you wouldn’t know about them, would you?

You can use EFT to:

Get over your fear of rejection.
Get over your fear that they think your goals are too big and you can’t possibly achieve them.
Get over any emotional reactions you’ve had in the past to something you might have said or done.
Get over your fear of putting yourself out there and take the necessary steps to achieve your goals.
Develop your own feelings of self-worth and service.
