It is a known fact that many people try to save as much money as they can when it comes to vacations. So when it comes to a person suggesting that they rent Disney condos or Disney vacation homes, I would probably give that person a very strange look. How in the world could renting a condo or a house save you money? Well, you’d be surprised!

First of all, you need to understand that these Disney condos or Disney vacation homes offer much more space than a hotel, and eventually for a cheaper price. Although it may not seem like the truth, you will find that Disney condos or Disney vacation homes are much cheaper per person than a hotel or a set of hotel rooms after doing all the math correctly.

On top of that, you may be able to find more reasonably priced hotels, but are they going to have all the luxuries that Disney condos or Disney vacation homes have? Generally, these condos and homes are VERY close to Disney attractions. In fact, most Disney condos or Disney vacation homes are subdivisions of Disney World, meaning they’re within walking distance of the theme parks, and they provide all the amenities (and more) of a regular. hotel would.

I don’t care how nice a hotel is, most of these will have no guard, gated community, private pool, basketball courts, internet access, a full kitchen with all the accessories and much more. Most Disney condos start at about 650 square feet and for every room you add you receive an additional 250 square feet of space and this is a really exciting deal.

This is an amazing option for large families who want to travel together to see Greater Disney, however, they don’t necessarily want to book 4 hotel rooms just to accommodate everyone! Even the most comfortable hotel room in Orlando starts at about 425 square feet. That’s an incredible difference between 650 square feet! I want to go back to one of the services: the full kitchen.

It’s a well-known fact that dining out at a restaurant is really expensive, but getting room service every night costs even more than dining out. With all the extra fees and taxes and on top of that you have to tip the guy for bringing your food! Save some money, cook your own food, and have a great full kitchen that you can use regularly.

Here’s a great little calculation to look at. In most households, people eat out 3 times a week on average. Within those 3 times of eating out, they spend more than $168. For 1 week of groceries at my house, we spend just under $70 and eat very well for a whole week. Just visualize how much money you could save if you had one of these Disney condos or Disney vacation homes with a full kitchen instead of going out to eat every night – the money really starts to add up, especially if you stay. for 1-2 weeks at a time. I hope the recommendations provided here can give you some guidance in saving some money on your next Disney vacation.
