Remember the good old days of RC (remote control) racing when remote controlled cars were mounted on a panoramic chassis and powered by model airplane engines? Well things have certainly come a long way since then, independent suspension, exotic fuel mixes and speed, yes speed! It seems like they get better and better every year and HSP certainly isn’t slacker when it comes to HSP RC Cars and the RC car industry. We’re talking about the hottest new thing in RC racing, the HSP Warhead.

HSP Racing with their latest addition to their off-road family has broken the mold on this one! From the moment he pulls up to your door, you can hear him speed up out of the box! The 2011 1/10 scale 4WD Warhead model comes pre-assembled, painted, trimmed and radio controlled – ready to hit breakneck speeds! All you need to do is add fuel and batteries.

The few things that tell you this HSP buggy has power behind it is first its new .18 two-speed engine, second its pull start. Rated as one of the fastest buggies on the market, it has been clocked at over 60mph! HSP RC cars have always been known for their performance, but this buggy has something fast-paced behind it! It also has a DHS aluminum chassis, high-flow air cleaner (you’d need it at those speeds!), four-wheel independent suspension, an adjustable rear wing, disc brakes, factory-tuned exhaust, and studded tires. And those are just to name a few! With a roster like that, HSP Racing has given everyone the chance to win races outright without mods! It would be almost unfair for someone to show up in a race with a beast like this! Priced at $849, this monster will win every penny for you in race winnings!

The controller is a two channel radio control with a pistol grip and triple voltage LED display. The pistol grip controller makes it easy to control the vehicle.

Whether you love to race on-road or off-road, whether you’re a beginner or an RC racing fan, you know the HSP name, now that HSP RC cars stand for unsurpassed quality and durability. Getting started on the remote control racing scene in 2005 HSP is basically a big name Redcat which is good to know because if you look one can see the close similarities in both products. And it’s also useful to know that there are many HSP Racing and Redcat parts that are interchangeable. No matter which way you look at it, the quality and workmanship of HSP RC cars is second to none. You don’t have to break the bank to own one of these cars. There are also models available within the $60-$150 range on both electric and fuel.
