Depending solely on a person’s body composition, everyone has a different level of work required to shape their bodies. For some only a little cardio is needed, for some a lot of abdominal exercises, while for others no exercise is required at all.

Whatever your body composition, patience is needed when it comes to working out. You need to take it one day at a time as expecting quick results will not lead to any results.
