Perhaps two of the most allergic foods known to man are milk or dairy and wheat. Remember when it was absolutely safe to drink milk and eat that whole wheat sandwich? Well not yet. Let me explain more.

The milk, for example, comes from the cow, which eats the grass, and the grass itself has been sprayed with pesticides, insecticides, and herbicides.
