A partnership agreement is a relationship between individuals or organizations. The parties involved must be in close cooperation and share responsibilities. The requirements to present and sign a partnership agreement form are usually:

– Both must be at least 18 years old.

– Both partners must be present at the time of presenting the partnership agreement

– A legal photo identification card is required for each member.

– If you had a previous partnership, you must file a notice to terminate the partnership with the county clerk or notary public before you can file a new partnership agreement.

– There is usually a $10 to $50 filing fee many times and they usually accept all forms of payment.
