The cabbage soup plan doesn’t require you to buy a lot of expensive foods and supplements. For the most part, they are pretty normal foods that are eaten in a certain order. The cabbage soup can be eaten as many times as you want at any time. Eat all the soup you want too. Cabbage soup is a filling to keep you full and not hungry. The plan is the following per day.
Cabbage Soup Diet Plan:
Day one: eat all the fruit you want except bananas.
Day Two: Eat all the fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables you want. Fruitless.
Day Three: Today eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want.
Day Four: Eat up to eight bananas plus as much skim milk as you like.
Day five: This is the day of meat and tomatoes.
Day Six: Eat all the meat and vegetables you want on this day.
Day Seven: Brown rice plus unsweetened fruit and vegetable juices.
You can lose around 10 pounds in 7 days and then you will have a great start to lose all the weight you need to lose.
